The ones I made with more water, made a stickier dough at first, but upon letting it sit for about 30 minutes, turned out much more to my liking. Tortillas are soft, pliable and very very good. On the plus side, now that I’ve learned to roll out my tortillas between parchment paper sheets, making them by hand has gotten much easier and faster! I’m out of the window for returning it, I think.
